Apply 1 to 2 times a day, on previously cleaned skin.

Application suggestion for better long-term results and better adherence:

- For the baby, press the pump 3x: 1 for the face, neck and chest, 1 for the arms and back and 1 for both legs.

- For the child. press the pump 6x: 1 for the face and neck, 1 for the chest, 1 for the back, 1 for both arms, 1 for each leg.

- For the adult, press the pump 9x: 1 for the face and neck, 1 for the chest, 1 for the back, 1 for each arm, 2 for each leg.
