La Roche-Posay Anthelios KA+ SPF50+ is a protective face cream that provides very high long-spectrum protection against UV rays based on a patented, eco-stable filtering system. La Roche-Posay Anthelios KA+ SPF50+ provides optimal broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB, prevents cell damage, skin aging and other UV-induced reactions. La Roche-Posay Anthelios KA+ SPF50+ is also antioxidant and therefore protects against certain pollution and infrared damage while having a skin restorative for skin affected by UV-induced damage and a skin softening provitamin that helps promote skin barrier repair.

• Cellular-Shield™, a combination of broad-spectrum UV filters and antioxidants that prevents damage, photoaging and other skin problems caused by UV rays;
• Niacinamide or Vitamin B3 that stimulates the natural repair of skin DNA enzymes, improves skin barrier function by reducing irritation and accelerating cell differentiation and healing;
• Panthenol or Provitamin B5 which repairs the skin barrier, relieves burning and itching resulting from skin irritation, and moisturizes and soothes the skin, improving its elasticity.
