Apply Heliocare 360° MD A-R Emulsion SPF50+ generously and evenly before sun exposure. Reapply frequently, especially in case of direct and intense sun exposure.

Take 1 Heliocare Ultra-D Sun Protection capsule a day before sun exposure. In case of prolonged sun exposure, take 1 capsule 4 hours after the first one.
