Apply La Roche-Posay Lipikar Syndet AP+  to wet face and body skin with a gentle massage. Rinse thoroughly. Apply La Roche-Posay Lipikar Baume AP+ M, 1 to 2 times a day, on perfectly clean and dry skin, with a gentle massage until completely absorbed.
