Before sun exposure and to optimize its effectiveness, it should be used 2 weeks before sun exposure, morning and evening. During sun exposure, apply the night before and 20 minutes before sun exposure. After sun exposure, apply daily morning and/or evening to prolong the tan. It does not constitute sun protection in case of direct sun exposure and should be combined with other sun care products.
