• For the child. press the pump 6x: 1 for the face and neck, 1 for the chest, 1 for the back, 1 for both arms, 1 for each leg.

• For the adult, press the pump 9x: 1 for the face and neck, 1 for the chest, 1 for the back, 1 for each arm, 2 for each leg.
